The purpose of the meeting is to consider recommended changes to the SHC consortium agreement, and to direct each member district to bring those changes to their respective Boards of Education for approval/ratification, and also to consider approval of a prescription drug RFP provider to solicit proposals from pharmacy benefit managers. Further, any recommended changes to the recalibration process, district-level claims sharing, and other operational matters may be considered.
